A WEEK AWAY FROM THE HARVESTING!

This time last year here at the Chateau we were only a week or so off harvesting the reds! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

These juicy Cabernet grapes in the top vineyard parcels at our estate in Ningxia went into our premium Changyu-Moser 2018 wines ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

All hand picked and three careful sortings to select only the very best grapes in optimum condition. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
