CCMXV WINE MAKING TEAM IN NINGXIA

Our dream team has decided! We are ready to start harvesting the reds tomorrow! Winemaking team @lenz_m_moser with Emma Yu and Mr Fan together with Mr Zhou our vineyard manager have toured the vineyards extensively and checked the grapes, they are perfectly ripe and ready, we have beautiful weather and ideal conditions for a typical Ningxia style Cabernet Sauvignon wine and a very positive looking 2019 vintage!
